The service center here is kinda a*s. Over the last few years I've taken my jeep here for serive and every time it's excuses for unacceptable wait times. Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out to look at a check engine light and showed up to be told they'd have to keep my vehicle over the weekend because "computers were down." Another time got stuck waiting over 3 hours for a maintenance service that was scheduled for 8am because "the techs were late." Here is a place you're gonna pay dealer prices, and half the people there look like they don't wanna be there.
Also, I have had a small oil leak that another oil change shop showed me maybe 2 years ago and since then have had service done here maybe 4-5 times and not 1 time was it noted or mentioned to me here.

Took in for warranty covered appt.. Got me in quick, friendly, didn't talk down or try to upsell me since I'm a lady. Paid for an Uber for me, too.

Literally, hands down the most easy, convenient, no pressure, honest, buying experience I have EVER had. From the beginning of my car buying journey with Central Valley up until the end it was amazing. Lance made finding the exact Jeep I was looking for like a walk in the park, he worked some magic and made it happen, communicated honestly and openly the whole way through! I live in the East Bay Area and making it to the dealership might have been tough but I could have swung it, but Ramsen brought the Jeep to me to test drive, look at it and answer any questions I had. By the next day he had my brand new car delivered to my work, detailed, full tank of gas, paper work done, everything signed sealed and delivered. He checked in, made sure I was happy and offered to help me with anything I needed! The best customer service! I would 1000% work with them again and again. The service and professionalism from Sales Rep Mary was fantastic. It was my girls first time buying/financing a vehicle ever. And Mary made the whole process easy and simple. And even went above and beyond to verify and confirm that everything that was agreed upon that would be replaced and or fixed got done before leaving the dealer and not only that the following day offered and gave my girl a ride to the dealer to finalize paper work due to working that day.
