After several visits to Wellstar Douglas ER, I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I continued to get worse. This place saved my life. I had walking pneumonia. I requested to continue treatment at the Douglasville location close to my home. This is when I met Dr. Kharod. My first visit with her, I explained I have many medication allergies, I've never had any trouble with my lungs and I was scared. Immediately she stopped typing and addressed my fear. She explained the medications, treatment plan and when to seek emergency room help.
She ordered a peck flow meter through my local pharmacy and explained the importance use of it. So far no more emergency room visits.
Friendly and professional staff. I wasn't kept waiting for my appointment. Dr Kharod was kind, took the time to listen and answered any questions I had. No treatments or medications were pushed that I didn't want.
The nurses, doctor & all staff and super friendly. I love the patient portal! It makes it super easy to communicate with the staff for appointments and prescription refills. I would certainly recommend this place.

I love this place. My kid's allergies are under control since they started the shot treatment and my son has been able to play soccer every season. We love the sweet Dr. Karod. She is super awesome!! She really takes her time to answer any question and to get to now her patients. She explains everything and makes sure patients don't run out of their meds. I highly recommend this practice. Everybody is really nice from the front desk, to the nurses to the Dr.
