I’m just move to San Antonio,first time take my wife car to Toyota Cavender for oil change,they are good customer service ,Mr William helping me,thank you,I will come back,

We have had a great experience and as always our service advisor Raul Rodriguez is very helpful and so courteous explaining to us the options and packages on oil changes and also very helpful with your financing options very important for us being on a tight budget after being retired. Thanks to him it really worked for us. We need more great employees that really care like Raul Rodriguez he's great!????????????????????????

Alright so let me start by saying I went to 3 other dealerships that could not help me with my situation nor did they take the time. I had a lot of negative equity on a jeep that was not worth what I was paying. Went to the same place I bought it to try to see my options. 2 people recommended Toyota and one said to talk to David Zuniga. This guy broke down everything and gave me every option. He was not pushy but more informative. The process was long and he stayed way later than he had to. Next day it was done and I was put in something more reliable and financially beneficial in the long run! Very appreciative.

People here are nice enough, but it’s crazy to me that it can take them 2-5 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. I only really go for the multipoint inspection. Other than that, I’m not updated on my vehicle or anything. I’m always disappointed with this place.
