Fantastic service great product highly recommend!!!!!

very poor customer service. I placed an order online on Dec. 7th. They texted me the next day asking for the measurement of my window, which I texted back to them immediately. 9 days later still no word from them. I asked them for them status of my order (same text thread) and they said they never got my measurement. I leave for vacation in 3 days and now have to figure out another way for my cats to get in and out of my garage.

As you know, this is a custom made product so it's very important we get all of the details so we can get this right for you and your furry friend. We texted one follow-up question to you and never heard back. It was a quick but important detail to make certain it would fit into your window tracks. (We taper the board for more narrow tracks) We have since reached out to you to see how we could make this right and have been unsuccessful. We offered to overnight the door at our expense so it would arrive in time for your vacation and apologized for any miscommunication. Unfortunately, this did not satisfy you and we refunded your order. We wish you and your family happy holidays.

I found this wonderful company by...wait for it...Googling cat doors for windows. I have a small garden window that I thought would be difficult to find a flap insert for. I was wrong. Liz contacted me for key details that made the final product fit like a glove. The insert looks so professional. It features a siding finish that blends seamlessly with the outside look of the house. Our cat, Luna is very very happy with her new cat door and subsequent newfound freedom! Liz from Cat Flap Fever Industries was meticulous and re-confirmed all of the measurements with me to ensure that it would fit snugly into our double hung window. In the middle of making our order, she noticed that the manufacturer of the plexiglass had sent her a piece with some minor damage, and so she was kind enough to show us the damage and offered to re-make it or give a discount. we ended up having her re-make it, since our cat door is going into a pretty visible window in our house. And she was very gracious in doing so. Overall I highly recommend this product and this company!

My Ben just loves his door from Cat Flap Fever! I bought the clear plexiglas with large 4 way locking flap. Perfect for my big boy. Now, he has freedom to access his catio anytime he wants!
