I usually dont leave bad reviews because anybody can make mistakes, but this time its different!! This place is a total joke a scam , disrespectful employees and very rude ! I had an appointment for an oil change at 2 , i arrived on time for my appointment but nobody greeted me or talked to me for 15 min even if i was the only customer and there were 8 employees all on their phone !!! I approached one if the employees,a lady who completely ignored me and went on with what she was doing , then i went to a different guy after few minutes ,same result.They have bad customer service. I’ve had my oil change at this location in the last 10 years . Worst experience with this new Napleton!

Immediately after an oil change, all dash warning lights are on. I took my 2017 Pilot to the dealer and they deny even diagnosing the problem unless I pay $250. There is no way in hell this problem came about on its on. I even think they did it intentionally. These are the worst people you can ever encounter in life for any reason.

Lukas (Luke) is great! Brought my car in for a multi-point inspection just before my extended warranty expires and I was taken care of. Small issue found that warrant covered and I was kept up to date. New facility is nice, clean, and well organized. Highly recommended you purchase a vehicle from here, and when bringing in for service ask for Luke!

My dad bought me my first car here and Danny was the best. He helped us a ton and was very kind and patient. Additionally, Monica was awesome and helped us immensely with everything. I definitely recommend these two next time you find yourself at this dealership.

Be careful of the maintenance people, they are dishonest and predatory. They charged my wife $300 brake flush (that was not needed or scheduled) on her new honda CRV with 10k miles, that we purchased from Napleton 1 year ago. She originally came in for an oil change.

Boght my car from there and will never go back again. Their mechanic shop is all about ripping you off and they will not hesitate to cut wires and tell you it is done by rats to get you to fix the car in their shop.

This was my first time buying a new car, and it was a pleasant experience. After ample research, my husband and I wanted to be armed with educating ourselves in advance. From discussions with family, friends, and reading many reviews, it is clear folks tend to be nervous or even frustrated with the car shopping process. We called multiple dealers and worked with folks over the phone to ensure a more streamlined process for ourselves. What stood out to us in this process was the competitive pricing and transparency displayed by the staff at Napleton MG. This led to us making an in-person visit to the newly renovated dealership. The building is lovely and clean. Naturally, there are times you have to sit and wait, but the staff is very hospitable and will offer to bring coffee or water as they work through making the car shopping process more comfortable. One of the first people we met in-person was the manager, who was very warm and friendly. We then connected with our salesperson, Chris, who sat with us to learn about what we were seeking in a vehicle. Chris did a great job of keeping us informed each step of the way. He was friendly, gave us notice of any prospective wait times, and continued to make sure we were taken care of. Chris did a great job of connecting with us personally and was efficient. When it came time to talk price, and as we were discussing options, he was patient and collaborative to ensure we received a fair deal. When he was unsure of answers to my questions, he took the time to get us the right info in order to not lead us astray. I then sat in a room with Chelsea in finance, who was also super approachable and patient to help me make sure I had a solid understanding of the numbers. I had a lot of questions, and Chelsea is clearly an ace, and took the time to guide me through all things I should anticipate in such a caring way. The manager was also present throughout the entire process, periodically checking in, ensuring we also felt cared for during our visit. Our visit ran a bit late, and the staff was unbothered by this and never made us feel an inconvenience. When it came time to get into my new car, Chris took the time to make sure I got familiar with the vehicle and ensured the details were taken care of. I left that evening feeling educated, supported, and that the experience was a partnership.
