They were amazing. Especially Reeb he was the first one I spoke to and did amazing job showing me the car and telling me everything about it. He made the whole process so easy for me to do. Uncaring, unprofessional, inefficient Mgmt that I would NOT recommend. Terrible Customer Experience. The only saving grace would be our salesperson Sareeb, who is the most hardworking, ethical man and when things were going from bad to worse, he was trying to run around and help them do their jobs as they were failing. We shook hands, paid deposit on a Saturday to come back to town on Tuesday to turn in my lease and get my new Jeep at 1:30. Long story short, waited 45 minutes for Finance Manager who was not with a customer, never even gave us our lease turn in sheet with the day and odometer reading. Was told the car was not ready yet, have a seat they are charging the battery (Not a EV Rubicon) Waited an hour in the show room, was told charging slowly so could not do Inspection. Hour 2 was told almost ready but still have to inspect, clean, wipe down. At that point, 2.5 hrs in we started yelling. Mgmt owner came out and said, "Stuff Happens", should be glad we are going to put some extra gas in it. After 3 hours we got it and left to go back to our city. Old Jeep improperly grounded with lease company for weeks resulting in another month billed, numerous phone calls, lies, misinformation again from Mgmt as to why it took almost a month to get grounded/turned in with the lease company. I hope Sareeb gets cherry picked from a better dealer where his hard work would be rewarded and I would recommend you run, not walk from this dealer until they can fix their internal problems. Avoid the frustration and being treated like you don't matter.Report
