I typically receive good service and customer representation; but this time was a letdown and it's probably safe to say that I won't be returning gain. There's no way in HELL that the service that I was told I received......actually happened. I am a Licensed A&P Mechanic; so there are some things that you can't disguise. Any questions on what that stands for only exposes the lack of knowledge that anyone associated with licensed automotive mechanic might have. Thanks the lesson in honesty and respect.Report

Although I have never dealt with their sales department, because unfortunately both of my last two trucks have been purchased elsewhere and this wasn't planned just happened spur of the moment shopping. However regardless, I have always returned to their service department because they are the best. I have never had a bad experience. Randy and the other staff are always incredibly helpful. If the sales staff is anything like the service then you will not be disappointed.Report
