Tasha helped me out but was rude about, she thought she muted herself on the phone and gossiped to a co-worker saying "this guy called like 6 times and it's not even that much money" you don't know what type of times people are going through, HORRIBLE customer service.

Update - Cecillia was quite rude on the phone, and automatically jumped to conclusions that I was everybody else. And snapped at me when I asked for a payment extention. She say "that's being offered freely to too many people, and I've already talked to my staff about that." I told her "I would hate to have you as a supervisor, The way you are coming at me." Sounds like that chick needs a vacation
