Esmarelda was amazing, patient and so understanding , her help with my needs was , is and will be appreciated always, then the follow up from management i couldn't ask for a better team to be on my side.

Cant say enough about this place! Staff is always very nice when i go in. Gracie is who helped me, and her customer service was excellent. I was having the worst day, everything going wrong, and she made me laugh, was very understanding of my situation, and made my day!! She was very knowledgeable ...I will refer family and friends to this location. They need to hire more staff like her. This girl deserves a raise and a vacation for her work. THANK YOU AGAIN to her!! MAJOR KUDOS!

This company is by far the worst company. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR LOAN HERE. IM BEGGING YOU ALL. These people are 100000% dishonest and will steal money out of your account without your permission. I have had this happen to me twice now. Keep in mind. My payment was not late. They send me an email every other week with payment info every single time a payment is due. I go in and initiate my payment. There are boxes that ask if I would like automatic payments. I select no. This has not been a problem. Then this morning I wake up to an alert that they have taken money out my account. I call in and talk to Grace who literally tells me that the system did it automatically and there is nothing she can do. I swear. I can not wait to pay this loan off so I can be 100% done with this company. They literally lie to you. Steal your money and then blame their system. Please save yourself sometime and go to another place to get your loan. This place scams people. Again. My payment was not late. I pay it on time every time its due. I can not win with these people. I will pay my loan. I can not stand the blatant lying and disrespect.

I just wanted to repost this review. I was in a bit of a bind and came back to Cash1. Amanda helped me right away and with in 15 minutes I had the money I needed. I give her 10stars. Thank you so much, have a blessed day.
Emily helped me today and with in 5 minutes i had the funds i needed--always the best dealing with cash 1.
