Add ReviewI am never one to leave bad reviews but this made me very upset. I went in on April 25 to get a Remote Start installed on my brand new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek. Everything was done. I paid for it and I personally had to ask the gentleman that took my payment. How do I use the Remote Start which he then continued and explained to me how to use it. That right there with my first disappointment so as I went to get in my car, I noticed some damage on my car. I got really upset. I went inside and I explained to the manager and another gentleman that we’re at the counter that my car had been damaged while they installed the remote start. They both came out, looked at it and proceeded telling me that they didn’t think it was them because they didn’t have to get in my car to install the Remote Start. I explained to them they did get in my car because I found the paperwork right by where the damage is in my car and then I opened the car and there some prescription glasses that were also left in the car apparently by the person that worked in my car. The gentleman told me that those did not belong to any of their workers which that’s a lie because I just purchased my car a week ago and nobody has been in my car that owns those glasses so it definitely had to be somebody from their shop. This morning, I went to vacuum my car and I found a loose screw so apparently they had been in my car while they worked on the Remote Start. I know things happen that are out of control and mistakes can happen but what really upsets me is them thinking I was gonna get in my car and not notice the damage or hoping I wouldn’t notice the damage. That’s what upsets me the dishonesty if they would have told me what had happened I would have not been as upset because everything is repairable and replaceable, but I feel they are very dishonest. The manager said they would replace that part and I proceeded by telling them I live in Moses Lake so now I have to go waste gas and I want my gas reimbursed when I go get the part installed. Needless to say, I am very unhappy. I don’t think I will take my car ever again to get repaired right there and I wouldn’t recommend it either. Norma EspinozaReport
The salesperson angel was very knowledgeable and definitely a good salesperson but he also seems like an honest guy cuz there were a couple cars we were interested in he's like, no you may not want these because here's some things that seemed to go wrong, and the manager was funny as hell and worked with us to get a damn good vehicle at a good price, if you need a Subaru go here.Report
