Carter Subaru

We visited 5 Subaru dealerships last weekend. Olympia and Puyallup didn't have what we were looking for but were professional. The salesman in Auburn seemed to be stoned - a definite no thank you! Renton was the WORST. The salesman was pushy and would not give a price unless I signed "commitment to purchase". I couldn't get out of there fast enough! A phone call to Carter Subaru and 5 minutes later they had EXACTLY what I wanted, the BEST price, and NO B.S.! I arrived, met with salesperson Debbie Phillips and left a short time later with our new Ascent Touring model.

James, the internet sales manager was professional, honest, and gave us the most straightforward experience at a dealer we've ever had. He walked us through everything, no hidden fees or pushy tactics. Same with Skyler in finance, very kind and helpful. First new purchase vehicle we've ever had, and highly recommend Carter Subaru. Thank you all!

Nothing but praise for John Sylvester and the Carter Subaru crew. From the moment my wife and I contacted John about our interest in a Forester Wilderness we were treated professionally and with respect. John answered all our questions, and we never felt pressured. In fact, we enjoyed our visits which were, dare I say, fun! The discussions were tailored to our specific needs and whether they would be genuinely met (or not) by addons we considered. Awesome place, super easy to work with, and great communication through the whole buying process. Honestly, someone get Alex a raise. He was awesome from first meeting to test driving to buying.
