Stopped going here for car maintenance because last time I noticed that they disconnected my car’s front dash cam.

Didn’t think anything of it until was in an accident recently and turns out they also disconnected my car’s back dash cam.

Calin was an absolute legend! Gave me a great deal and was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of my new Outback.

At first my roommate recommended me a Subaru vehicle and I visited not knowing that I want a Subaru. When I talked with Bill, I decided right there and then that Subaru is a right vehicle and want business from them. I been to 10+ dealers in Seattle and never met dealer like Bill Koch, who was genuinely considerate and passionate about the cars. He was very helpful and after just talking to him for half an hour I decided that I want to buy a car from him. I had specific timeline and they were super accommodating as well! I would buy a car from Bill again anytime :D

Maddy is awesome! Not only was she very personable, she helped turn a stressful situation into a quick and easy one for my family. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and even went the extra mile to deliver papers off site for signing. I was frustrated with the lack of customer service I was dealing with from another dealership and am so glad I ended up working with Maddy instead!

Love the prompt service and loaner car (make an appointment in advance if you can). Unfortunately though, I've found that some of the parts and labor charges here cost 2x what they cost at other garages.
