I guess my experience was not as good as others. Made an appointment for a drive test, I received a call, messages to confirm and even the sales person (Jesus S) contacted me to double check. Just to arrived to the office, Jesus is nowehere to be found, the car apparently was sold and no one even try to inform us. I guess these guys are super busy, that they dont care about losing potential clients on these details.Report
Carr Subaru is an excellent dealership on so many levels. From the sales and buying experience which is really well done, to the service department which is exceptional, they provide wonderful customer-centered service. I have purchased 2 vehicles here and been a loyal customer for over 7 years. What has impressed me most was how transparent they are and how well they treat their customers. Thank you Carr Subaru!Report

Thanks from TexasReport
I’m very sad I did not purchase my car from here! I inquired about a used vehicle and Zach reached out immediately and answered all the questions I had. He filmed a video walk-through of the car to give me a great idea of the condition, and he maintained excellent communication every few days, which was appreciated. I never felt pressured or bothered. I’m in Seattle and was very close to driving down to make a purchase. Ultimately I found an almost identical vehicle close to home, so, sadly, I did not get the pleasure of buying a car here. We purchased from BMW of Bellevue and they tried to sell me a very limited warranty for many thousands of dollars extra. The free lifetime powertrain warranty would have been worth the trip!Report
Sales experience was great. Service experience was horrible. Especially Abby and their boss Ryan. Falsifying records and for no reason. I came in with two issues. A rattle and a software update. They heard the rattle and solved it by “pounding” on the headliner. Brand new Outback and that’s their solution to an issue. Then the service record said I complained about the head unit lagging when making selections; not true!! I feel disgusted and will never go again!!Report
Non enthusiastic sales person. I went here because of reviews and ready to start the buying process. I wasn't able to get a car unlocked and felt rushed out.Report
ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COST. THE MOST STEREOTYPICAL USED CAR DEALERS.Report
1) Financial guy tried to add 13 months to my loan without telling me. He walked into the room, said my payment would only go up around $45 a month for the added warranty and that it was a good deal. He attempted to flash me the paperwork and walk out. I asked to see the details further and noticed that the loan was adjusted 13 MONTHS.
This is living up to the used car sales experience of non truthful workers. When I asked about it he lied about the original month agreement and made it seem like it only added a couple months.
Further, when it was time to sign after waiting for around 30 minutes, Hunter (salesman) brought me back to the finance guys office. I sat down and he was all over the place. ALL OVER THE PLACE. After about 3 minutes, he asked me to go back to the lobby because he “couldn’t multitask”. One of the most absurd things I have been apart of.
2) I specifically asked to see the battery life and information when dealing with Hunter. I never saw any information about the battery.
3) I signed on Thursday 10/17. I didn’t hear a single thing until I called on Sunday 10/20. I was told that it would be ready Monday at 5pm. I said that is fine, just call me when its ready so I can come in. I did not receive a call Monday or Tuesday. I waited around on Tuesday and moved work appointments to pick up the car I was purchasing. I then texted Hunter who said he called me Monday night and left a voicemail. I did not have a missed call or a voice mail. The lack of customer service was apparent.
4) When I test drove the model y, I noticed a very distinct odor when the AC was ran. I expressed this to Hunter to be fixed before I purchased the car. Like other problems, this was completely ignored and when I went to pick up the car, the AC still had an awful smell.
5) The dealership sold me a car with 30% battery life when the dealership had the car for 5 days after I signed. Does Carr Subaru sell cars with a quarter tank? It took 48 full hours for me to register the car on the Tesla app so that is 2 days I could not use a supercharger. I did not have a home charge station. If I had to work out of the town the following day, I would have to either sit at a traditional charging station for an extended period of time or go to a friends house to charge. Both are unacceptable. This is maybe the thing I am most upset about because it shows there is no true care for the customer and no oversight to make sure things are getting done.
6) The sales manager was the one who handed keys to me. He was nice and attempted to say the right thing but he had absolutely no solutions to the issues I brought up. I had him smell the odor before I left and he said "if it does not go away, email me personally". I sent an email to him 5 days ago, I have yet to hear back from him. I work in sales and I could never imagine ignoring a disgruntled customer who spent 10's of thousands of dollars.
Overall awful. Please save the time and do not visit this dealership.
We recently purchased a car from Carr Subaru, and our experience was fantastic thanks to Kayla! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all our questions, made sure we understood every step of the process, and never made us feel rushed. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and we felt confident in our purchase because of their guidance. I love my car. Thank you!Report
