The offices of Dr Eugene J Carr Jr. and Dr.Peter J. Luthringer were first established by Dr. Carr Sr. in 1968, making this office a pillar in the world of foot and ankle care in the Naples community. We are proud to be the oldest office in Naples yet offering the latest and most proven techniques and treatments.
