Call to ask a few questions. Spoke to a "Kevin" in the service department. All I can say is I have never had such a poor experience at any dealership as I had with him. He was very rude, short, and unprofessional. He constantly interrupted me and spoke over me. He refused to give me a straight answer until I requested to speak to someone that could provide an answer. Ironically, he suddenly knew the answer to my question.

I worked with Jenny at Audi Minneapolis, and she possessed exemplary professionalism and overall kindness walking me through the process of purchasing my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and specifically Jenny, to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, and wanting to know that they will have above-and-beyond customer service along the way!

I currently own a Porsche and an Audi and have had many Audi vehicles. I recently visited Audi Minneapolis to investigate an EV and found the experience to be utterly painful with a mix of arrogance and snooty but uninformed salesmanship. If you want to learn about an Audi from a sales person rambling nonsense in your ear then this is the place. I love Audi vehicles but will not purchase another vehicle here.

Our second purchase from this dealer. The first was @ 2017 Audi A4 premium plus quatro. Now we also have a 2022 Etron premium plus quatro . It was a good experience.

This is the typical cash grab dealer. I was not able to purchase a vehicle because they could not get financing, warranties and who knows what else I don't want sold to me even though FULL PRICE was offered to them. Stealership at its best...

Second car we've bought from this dealership and in particular David Falkman. He's the reason we came back and is the best to work with. He has a great non-rushed, non-pressured persona and actually makes buying a vehicle fun again. All the other staff have been great as well.
