The techs that came out were very professional and pleasant to deal with as were the folks on the phone. Their treatments took care of my pest issues in pretty short order.

However, I will not continue to do business with this company for 2 reasons -

First, they will not install termite bait stations without an interior inspection of my home. I don't want people coming into my home that I do not know. I understand the reason for them to come in is because of the warranty they provide with the station install. I don't care about the warranty and was willing to sign my rights away on that issue. But they wouldn't budge. This doesn't seem to be an issue with other service providers.

The bigger issue I have is that if you're not home, they leave a giant door hanger on your door telling you that they've been there. And if you're not home for a few days, that hanger will continue to stay there telling anyone driving by that you're not home. I complained about this and was told it was company policy.

With today's modern communication technologies, I find this procedure a bit obnoxious and a security risk.

Love Carolina Pest Management! Always suggest them to others. I’ve had the same technician for years. I trust them & any time I’ve had any kind of spider, bee, ant / bug issue they come out and fix it. No complaints once so ever. Great company.

Have been using this company since the beginning of summer and it’s fall the issue I’m having with the water bugs haven’t been resolved! Also the technician been coming out between my normal schedule visit, and the things I were told to do that will help prevent the issue I took care of, and still have the issue so at this point the service is useless to me, I have a quarterly bill that’s due and I ask could it be waved since the issue with the water bugs haven’t gotten resolved and I were told NO! The service was a waste of time and money will NOT use them NEVER again….
