Elijah was great during the process. Everyone was nice and accommodating Only recommendation I can make is to follow up after sale and not for a review or survey. People like to know they matter after the sale.

The customer service was horrible . We received a maintenance plan when we purchased the car. As we were checking out, we were informed about the cost. We explained that we had a maintenance plan. The staff couldn’t find it. I complained. She then pushes the paperwork across the table and says she will just pay for it. I informed her that I was capable of paying. I need to know moving forward. She then goes to discuss with a manager. They fix the issue. Although the manager was nice, no apology from the service desk clerk for her rudeness and misinformation. It also took much longer than I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent experience with minimal wait time.

I have two vehicles serviced there and its always the same great service, done right and the service advisers such as (Michelle Mukes) were great, keeping me informed of problems and cost of the repairs and getting appointments. arranging, service, rides, warranty and other things done. truly five star service
