Very professional and got me right in and out quickly and kept me informed.

Unfortunately this is the 3rd I have had to take my car to be fixed but after my first visit I was so impressed that when I needed them the next time, I didn’t hesitate to take it back. They are always professional, timely, and they keep me updated on a regular basis. Even when I had to pay my deductible they offered different options to get that paid. The work is impeccable!!!

⭐???? Absolutely unacceptable service and ethics

We were misled, overcharged, and outright neglected by Five Star Chrysler Jeep. When we purchased our vehicle, we were told we had free oil changes left. No one mentioned any change in policy—not during our last two visits when we were already over the mileage, and certainly not when we scheduled this latest service. But on the day of the appointment, we were blindsided with a $250 charge for what was supposed to be free. No warning. No explanation. Just a surprise bill.

To make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to check our fluids. Two days after this overpriced oil change, our fan started malfunctioning due to low coolant. How does a dealership charge $250 and not even top off basic fluids?

And let’s not forget the beginning of this mess: when they sold us the vehicle, it came with a dead battery. They knew we were a family of four with two small children, and still felt morally okay handing us a car that wouldn’t start given a couple of weeks. That’s not just poor service—it’s a complete lack of integrity.

Five Star Chrysler Jeep has proven to be anything but five-star. We trusted them with our family’s safety and were met with deception, neglect, and a total disregard for customer care.

I arrived at five star to have a showroom detailed done to my van. It took them about 5 hours to complete. I was not unhappy with the time period but they skipped several things on my vehicle. Otherwise, I've never had a complaint with the dealership.

My husband and I used this dealership regularly. Very professional atmosphere!

I do not do many reviews but wanted to say how wonderful my experience was at FSCDJR ALBANY.
Our Promaster 3500 RV had engine problems while traveling through Florida. Rasheed, our service advisor was outstanding. He got the van into the shop. He prioritized getting it diagnosed. Communications were terrific. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I truly recommend this dealer for any service needs.
