We have had the worst experience with the service department at this dealership. 2020 Ram had oil change in August. They found condensation and possible leak in oil pan. (That is what paperwork states). Took it into service and after several days they say they have to order a part to fix it. That part is Backordered. We give them a full month due to the shipping challenges and global pandemic. We call multiple times in October with no return calls or response. Finally ask for manager in November. End of November told parts are in. Bring truck in 12/1 and again two days later told parts never ordered and that they are ordering them. Was then told truck is fine to drive and its no big deal. Chris the worker then became very argumentative and condescending telling me that it isn't a leak in the oil pan and I do not know what I am talking about. Managager came out and I showed him all of our paperwork from their department stating everything I was told and relaying. So we are back to the waiting game to get a truck fixed that we paid good money for so we have a good warranty that isn't being honored. Buy your truck anywhere else so you're not stuck coming to this god awful service facility. That being said the manager was very apologetic and worked with me in a much more respectful way.

I did speak with our manager and do apologize that there was confusion in the communication on the parts being received in full and that your interaction with Chris was unpleasant. The parts were ordered but unfortunately, we did not receive all the parts needed to complete the repair. I fully understand that your time is precious and how frustrating it is to bring your vehicle in and not be able to have the repair complete. I am glad to hear you had a better experience with Danny, our manager and he was able to give you a better timeline of when we expect the remainder of the parts needed to be able to get your truck repaired for you. One of the worst service you can ever have. Brought my Durango for an oil service and concerning a shaking on the vehicle for the second time .the first time they didn't find anything so I got no charge because Car has a premium warranty ,so everything is cover except tear and wear on car.second time they didn't want to lose any money and said it was the tires. Which are over $900 for all 4. And if you don't get them they will charge you with the diagnosis charge. $180. I call the manager and over the time of the call he only kept saying you signed and agree for that charge. Didn't want to hear any logic or anything else. And to top it he says we are here to make money this is how we do business. I ask what about the client.? I got nothing from him . If they are here for business then treat your clients right. They just lost a customer . Hope this or anything like this happens to any of you out there. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for service.

Zero stars. This dealer is price gouging big time($12k over msrp before tax's and fees)and seems to be morally ok with it, stay as far as you can from this establishment. Go somewhere that actually cares for their customers and deserves your money.

Branden, It looks like you were inquiring about our 2022 Ram 5500 Crew Cab Diesel 4X4 all the way from Northern California. Isn't there any dealers closer to you with this truck? If you are calling from over 400 miles away it's probably fair to assume that this truck is extremely hard to find. Yes we have adjusted market values on our vehicle due to scarcity of products in the marketplace and we monitor sale prices daily to make sure we aren't gouging customers but being fair to everyone involved. The prices we sell at are determined by market conditions and varies day to day. FYI...dealers are offering us these vehicles at thousands over MSRP for us to purchase from them so we can have them to sell them to the general public. Just recently we had to pay $7500 over MSRP from another dealership for a specific truck for one of our customers. We do care about our customers and that's why we have been in business for over 69 years in San Diego, family owned and operated. I read your text to our salesperson and it looks like you really don't care about what you say to dealerships, and your right, your offer of "$70,000 out the door...take it or leave it" on an MSRP of over $73,000 wont work for us either. We will wait to sell it to someone who appreciates what we do for our community and the truck they are buying. Carl Burger Team

Dropped car off for service on Monday 11/08 for appointment on 11/09, by Thursday 11/11 still no communication from team on what was going on, left several messages and no return call. It is now 11/15 and still cannot get in touch with anyone in service. I left message on Voicemail and with operator. I understand everyone is short staffed and things take time but communication is key.

Traycee, The issue with your battery is secondary to the issue of your vehicle already being repaired, not related to the engine failure due to the overheating of your engine. The charge of $180 is a diagnostic fee which includes the installation of the battery. The price of the battery was $196.02 bring the total charge to 392.60 which you declined. We did not owe you a credit of any kind, we offered you a good faith credit of $369.44 which you gladly accepted and then did not hold to your end of the agreement to take down your untruthful post. Al and Kyle both went above and beyond both in the credit and to trying get your repairs covered by your service contact that was not purchased with us which was ultimately denied even after our multiple attempts on your behalf. You were given all documentation of the repairs done on your vehicle both by our facility as well as the previous facility which failed to give you your test results and then altered their finding which is illegal also contributing to the denial of your coverage by your service contract. Due to you choosing to drive your vehicle without proper levels coolant and after being advised that there was possibly more extensive engine damage cause by driving it with low coolant your vehicle required the work that your service contact denied paying for. We do not offer to return damage parts unless specifically ask for prior to repairs being done, in which case we would have. As per the invoice of the repair shop you had taken your vehicle to prior to ours, you were fully aware of the damage to your engine.

Don't go here!! They have you drop your car off and never call you! They have left my sister renting a car for 3 days and still ncalls eve n from the Manager. I was married to a service advisor and they would all have been fired for treating customers like this! ?
