The website was easy to navigate, customer service was friendly and helpful. I got an email stating it was delivered and within a few minutes, she sent me a picture. My boyfriend was running late picking it up and they even stayed after they closed so he could bring them to his mom on her birthday. They absolutely did not have to do that but it shows A++
