A few things you as a consumer need to know about this place, particularly if you're ordering flowers to be delivered sight unseen.

First, they deliver in a timely manner if you call them before the cutoff time, even to businesses before they close if you give them the time.

Second, I had flowers delivered to someone as a "secret admirer" and specifically requested that my personal information not be listed anywhere on the delivery. Yet, somehow, the recipient was able to call the store and they divulged to her who sent the flowers. How is this possible? I SPECIFICALLY told the lady on the phone taking my order that I was sending them "anonymously" so it seems to me there should be procedures in place to not divulge one's personal information. Major fail.

Third, remember that you're ordering SIGHT UNSEEN and while their reputation is one of delivering very picturesque bouquets, this particular order arrived with a dozen roses not placed symmetrically in the vase,

Also, if you request a personal message to be sent to the recipient along with your order they will accommodate that, HOWEVER....it is a HANDWRITTEN by the employees and subject to whatever way the person writes, which in my case amounted to appearing like a 3rd grader wrote it. Personal messages that are sent with flowers need to be printed instead of hand-written. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

And lastly, their prices have been substantially increased.

They always provide stunning arrangements. May be a little pricier than others but I always get 100% satisfaction with service and product...worth every cent. LOVE the REWARDS PROGRAM....ITS A REALLY $ SAVER.

What else could you ask? Beautiful flowers thoughtfully designed, delivered correctly, on time and reasonably priced. I've never had an issue with Carithers.
