I had a genuinely good experience working with this store, start to finish. The sales team was super supportive on the front end, helping me figure out what I needed without trying to make a pushy upsell. When I purchased, Primo and his service team were top notch and did a great job with the work. When I picked up the vehicle, Chris was excellent with reviewing the features of my purchase and making sure I knew how everything worked. Great team, great buying experience.

I will say that I had never purchased an in-car audio upgrade, so I was a little sticker shocked at first that the $300 radio ended up costing a little more than double that for service, harness, etc., even with "free instillation". That being said, that's part of the cost to anticipate with an install, and now I can better manage my own expectations for next time.

Which there will be a next time, because I will definitely be coming back to visit this location again.

Very disorganized. Called after 2 hours wanting to know what they were doing with my car???? really.
Went 40 minutes past install time. This was an appointment made at time of purchase. There excuse is short staffed.

The techs are very helpful and honest. The price is a little high, but it's worth it. They did a very good job with the installment of my system.
