Unaware of their own product line. I called Friday to confirm, drive across town only to be told they do not carry what I was looking for.

Brought my 2011 Mustang in to update the stereo add a rear view back up camera. Reggie took great care of me in the store. He wasnt pushy at all and took his time to help meet my needs as far as what I wanted. The install was super clean thanks to Barry. I can't talk these guys up enough. I will absolutely be coming back to add some other things and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else..

Great customer service!!

Horrible company with horrible customer service. Called one night to enquirer about a specific car stereo as a Christmas present. I was told they had it in stock. Because it was out of stock at other retailers I offered to pay for it over the phone. I was told it was not necessary because they had so many in stock. To alleviate my concerns I was told they would put one behind the counter for me. I asked if they could tag it with my name again I was told it was not necessary because they had so many in stock.

When I got there the next day not only was the stereo not in stock but I was told they hadn't had that model in stock for months!!! So I bought a different one that was also advertised on line with "free installation". Free installation ended up being approx $700.00.

It was explained that the $700.00 was for parts necessary to "do it right". And that free installation covered the $125.00 in labor.

Being someone who has installed many car stereos in the past I simply declined and said I just wanted to buy the stereo without installation services.

Once it was established that I wouldn't be paying their exorbitant installation charges the price of the radio increased by $100.00 over the original price

Reggie and team did a fantastic job. From walking me through all my options, communicating the entire process, to pick up where Reggie walked me through my new stereo. Detail services are also on point, especially the headlight restoration. Definitely recommend Car Toys!
