I needed to shop for my daughter's car and only had a limited time for errands. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly greeting and immediately the Car Toys employee had options to show me for a car stereo and speakers. He was able to find me speakers on sale and I am very happy with the purchase. Additionally, he offered to have the detail shop clean my car while I shopped and I was able to get my car washed while I shopped and checked out. Great experience!

Spoke with someone via text, through their website yesterday to get information on a remote start for my Jeep Renegade. They were prompt, and super helpful. I went in right at open this morning, informed them of what I wanted and they immediately went into installation! It took around 2 hours which is what I expected when going in. Every single worker in this shop is kind, and has exceptional customer service. I'm sure it would be beneficial to make an appointment, but for just a walk-in customer my experience couldn't be any better. This is something I have wanted since I purchased my vehicle, and I couldn't have made a better choice then coming to Olympia Car Toys! Thanks again guys!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They completed my remote starter installation 2 hours faster than they told me it would take which was very nice since I was there waiting AND it cost me approximately $70 LESS than they had originally quoted... extremely happy customer!

Bought a nexar dash cam had problems with it took it back manager suggested a momento 6 dashcam went in next day Chris installed it other tech connected it to phone app in less than a minute showed me how to use the app install locked good workers are polite will take my future vehicles to this shop instead of Best Buy or Tacoma Car Toys
