Visited CarToys on 10/24/21 at around 12pm. Wanted to install a Sony stereo and a backup camera, which we provided. Total was $517 (including a headlight restoration service)

I have never seen such an abysmal workmanship in my life: See pictures & videoes attached for evidence

1. They installed the camera with its LEDs on all the time (they are only supposed to be on during backing up). This would lead to overheating, and lead to screen flickering at a high rate.
2. They destroyed the front floor panels. Toyota dealership quoted me $100 to replace the floor and kick panel
3. They destroyed the rubber seal on the driver side frame ($107).
4. The trims on the hatch panels were not properly put back.

There are several audio shops on Hwy 6 which probably will charge $150-200 for this installation, but we went to CarToys thinking we would get quality workmanship. Instead we are looking at another ~$500 of repairs to the vehicle + downtime.

What was your invoice number Syed? I want to look into the situation and rectify for you. We definitely want to make this right as we have lifetime warranty on all of our labor. We need to get the vehicle back to the shop, so we can address all issues.
