Bought a 2012 highlander with under 100k miles for a decent price (because it had few to no service records). After a couple years I've had zero problems with the car, definitely feel ive got my moneys worth and know my next vehicle will also be a toyota . Process was simple, and not waaay overpriced like some places.

They couldn’t find out the issue but still charged $280.

No one interested in your money. We were ready to buy. Worst experience no one to talk to. Asked one of the guys a couple of questions and answered in a disinterested manner.

I wanted to thank Bruce and Gustavo at Toyota Capitol Expressway for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Gustavo has helped me patiently the past few days trying to find a car, when I finally made a decision he connected me with Bruce where he walked me through the finances for my vehicle purchase. I felt at ease and comfortable throughout the process, thank you guys!

We bought a new Rav4 on September 3 , and Tiffany Ly told us the we were getting 2 keys and after we singed all the papers she only gave us 1 key, she said they will call us because they didn't know were the second key where at? Later we found out the they didn't have a second key. They told me the there was a shortage on chips and the they will contact me ones they have my second key ready, it is been more than 3 months and no second key. Very dishonest dealer. I would not mind if I was told the truth before buying the car . Please at least be honest to your costumers.
