We just purchased a second car from Capital Toyota and had a great experience. Our sales person, Andrew hung in there with us to get the exact car we wanted and took the time to get it right. When it came time to negotiate a deal, Luis made the process easy and fair. We were in and out quickly and drove away in a great car.

Never buying a Toyota again. Awful cars. Used to like them before Toyota decided they support fascism and the war against Ukraine. Will be buying elsewhere next time.

Issac Coronado provided the best guest experience ever. From start to finish he answered every question and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He truly cares about his clients, not just a sales person. A true professional and people person. If you ever wanted to refer someone to a salesperson that will care and diligently explain things to a client. Issac is the one and only. I’ll be referring my mother, grandma, father and everyone to this guy when they are ready to purchase a vehicle. You will do big things in life keep going!

I bought a 2025 Tundra limited on 12/8/24. Scott King was my salesperson. Was a good experience and he made me feel comfortable the whole time from the beginning of our interaction through my buyer shenanigans to get the deal I wanted… all the way to the end. I researched all over Oregon at most of the dealers to see the deals going on and determined Capitol had the best advertised price. Billy and Kyle, were very informative, in fact we didn't believe that a lease was a good idea. But they gave us the pros and cons of both, and after their explanations, we saw that the real benefit for my son, was a lease.

Very helpful and attentive until you sign and put your money down. After that they will not take your call or return your message. Extremely poor customer service.
