I just want to shout out Raul and Briton on here and give them the recognition they deserve! They went above and beyond to meet my needs! Everyone that I encountered at Hyundai was so sweet and professional every step of the way throughout my trade in experience. The only reason I cannot provide a 5 stars is due to some issues I had in terms of the leasing - however in the end we were able to get everything worked out and I must give my hats off to the two people that made it happen for me! If I could give them specifically 5 stars I would!! I cannot praise Raul and Briton enough for the kindness they showed me throughout this process! As someone who has only ever driven Fords, I am super excited to be in a Hyundai!

Everyone was so helpful. It really took away the stress that can come with getting a new car. Justin made sure to go over all of our options and at no point did I feel like he fell into that, “typical car sales” stereotype. Afterwards Viviane helped us out with the paperwork. And when we were done the general manager met with us and made sure the vehicle was in perfect condition to drive off the lot. Which I really loved. He made sure to let us know that if anything were to come up (since it was really dark when we were there) once we could see properly, to bring it back and he’d get it fixed. Over 5/5 experience

Raul worked with me from beginning to end. We started with one vehicle, then three days later that vehicle was returned and another vehicle purchased that was a better fit.
Raul was patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend working with Raul if interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

The receptionist didn't even look up from her phone when I walked in and walked out. That was very unprofessional. The two gentlemen were very polite and helpful. I will not be back unless I definitely have to.

I excellent customer service and they really gave me an excellent deal on the vehicle for my daughter. Salesman was top notch.
