If i could give them no stars i would. We had the Monmouth Senior Center bus taken to them fir warranty repairs back in December last year and to date its still their not repaired. Geez when my late hsworked there years ago they never had this happen, the service dept was very prompt on getting repairs done and back to the customer. But now all I am hearing is bad news about them. If I had known about these problems we would have taken our bus elsewhere. We can't even schedule monthly trips for our senior center members. We have left several emails for a response from them and to date no response 😕

No integrity here. Purchase a brand new 2025 Chevy express work van from Capital Chevrolet in October and the van doesn’t start. Had it in and out of the shop for more than 40 days, still not fixed and now the dealership is arguing about letting us use a loaner vehicle. Very disappointing service and response to a vehicle that is completely a lemon.
Expected us to download the loaner van into an older van in the morning before a big job and then threaten to call the Sheriff when we did not comply. We purchased a brand new 2025 Chevy express van and expect it to start every day and run. Worse yet, no one really gives a darn. Told us they were doing us a favor, out of the goodness of their heart, just giving us a loaner van. No expectation here that the brand new van we are currently paying $800 a month payments would actually operate consistently no integrity here

Ty in the service department was fantastic. We dropped our car off mid-to-late afternoon without an appointment, and he was upfront that it could be a day or two before they could even look at it. The very next day, Ty called to explain what was wrong, let us know they had the parts, and told us it was a big job but that he’d follow up on Monday. To our surprise, he called Friday afternoon to say the car was ready for pickup. This isn’t the first time Ty has gone above and beyond he’s consistently attentive, communicative, and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend working with him.
