Favia Hernandez took really good care of us. He answered all of our questions, was friendly and knowledgeable, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Chevrolet or a Cadillac.

We traded in our 2023 4Runner for a 2023 XT6 Cadillac, Elijah helped us and he was awesome! Knowledgeable and very kind. All the staff we had contact with were kind and helpful. We had a great experience. If you're looking for a new or previously owned vehicle, go see Elijah at Capital Chevrolet, he'll take care of you.

We had a great experience with Elijah at Capital Chevrolet. He was ready to help and answered all of our questions with a smile on his face. Greg and Marcos were fantastic as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I will say do not go here for service if you can help it. I have tried since the summer to be patient with their service department. They got a new supervisor and it was not a good experience.

As a woman, they start to talk down to you and if you are young, treat you worse. I took this up with their customer rep and this was supposedly handled. Well, I might get a better response now, but the person handling my car who did this to me and my daughter has mishandled my car for about 3 months now. Not only did they admit to giving us our car back after the first major work on it damaged, but then they took a month each time to fix it with barely any reach out on progress. Then this last time, we had it a day after they fixed what they damaged and the service engine light popped on. Took it back in and 2 weeks later, I had to call to see what was going on. Service advisor still hadn’t called the warranty company, but they thought I needed a new catalytic converter. Two more weeks went by, and still nothing. I finally call and get told warranty company denied it and do I want them to order the $1,800 in parts. By this time, I was livid. I picked up the car the next day, and had already called an exhaust specialist. Once they look at it, I get told nothing seems to be wrong and to bring it back in a couple of days in order to see the report after the system does it’s new diagnostic.

This place barely understood the part they were looking at, much less how to explain what was going on. For 3 months, we had our car for barely a week, and one time was due to damage they did and didn’t want to tell us about when we picked it up.

Again, if you can stay away from their service department, please make a point to do so. They are understaffed, never ready to help when there is an appointment, and their Toyota shop across the way makes them look horrible with service and professionalism.

I have called the dealer 6 times since 12/6/24.
I have left 5 voicemails with service advisors to call me back to get my trucks engine light fixed.
I left voicemails with service advisors Zach, Mike, David, Mark & a female's name I cannot remember.
I have received ZERO calls back in one business week to schedule my truck.
5 voicemails; ZERO CALLS BACK.

Amazing staff and service

Chastitie, was pleasant, charming and highly efficient. The next time I require service I will ask for her directly.

I had an excellent experience at Capital Chevrolet because of Mina. I was able to negotiate a price for the car I was interested in over the phone before I arrived. She was knowledgeable when we took the vehicle on a test drive. She was kind and efficient with paperwork when I requested my mechanic look at the vehicle before I purchase it. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle before the mechanic looked at it. She was enjoyable to be around. Mina is a class act!
