Buying process was simple enough, salesman and managers were all pleasant. However, the used vehicle I purchased had to have the transmission entirely replaced within 90 days. While I understand these issues can occur on any used vehicle I believe any reasonable inspection by the dealer upon trade-in should have been able to detect there were issues present and I felt that should've been made more clear. Considering the vehicle had less than 85k miles (5 years old), unfamiliar with the model, the 7-speed transmission, and given how limited the test drive route was, I didn't quite pick up on the issue. While I won't solely pin this entirely on the dealer I cannot say I'm pleased with my purchase nor can I recommend their used vehicles unless they have provide more thorough inspections on their trade-ins. Although I'm not seeking anything in return I think it's important to share my experience.

This review is for the service department. I was disappointed to have to pay for "shop supplies" at a dealership for recent work to my truck. Getting a vehicle serviced today is expensive enough without adding additional fees.

Good morning, I bought a vehicle from Capital Chevrolet and after two weeks the vehicle broke down on granddaughter. It was a used vehicle and no I didn’t buy the Gap Insurance . I never thought Capital Chevrolet would not assist me with the problem I had with the vehicle. I returned to Capital Chevrolet and spoke with the manager and he refused to assist me with the car problem, due to me not having the Gap Insurance never had any problems with any car I have purchased. This vehicle was for my seventeen year old granddaughter. It’s a scary situation when your granddaughter car have broken down on the street at night coming from work or school. Will never shop with that place again. Yes I lost my temper with the manger!!!
