Great

The sales associate was very nice, but it took 2 hours to get an oil change.
(August 15th)
When the service department changed my oil, I asked the sales associate (Erica) to ask them to check my front passenger tire because the air pressure (24) was low. You can see the message on the dashboard. Of course, they didn't; they only rotated the tires. So, I got the same message on the dashboard around 5:00pm. I hurried to Capitol Chrvrolet and asked them to check that same tire. It was 5:30 and she told me they could put air in the tire and bring the car back in the morning. They were closing in 20 minutes. I told her I'd take my car somewhere else. She said, "Make sure they check the suspension." I had not been to Capitol Chevrolet in a long time. Now you see why?????

Service was great. Been using them for a year now.
