Kinta Steele provided awesome customer service. Service techs completed the work in a timely manner and my Chevy Tahoe is driving like new. Great Team work to get the job done!

Had a problem with my sensor in my gear shift. It is a common problem, but it was a problem that I took personally.

When I arrived at Capitol Chevrolet, I knew I was ???? and explained that to Kinta Steele, my service specialist! She was a GODSEND. She was extremely patient, efficient, and effective! Being a disabled combat veteran, she helped me stay centered when I could've blown my top.

I dropped the car off and saw her positive sign at her desk and she took it from there.

She ensured I was kept up-to-date on the progress (Had to rally the vote). With her pushing my repairs and understanding I was on a mission to register voters, she made sure my car was properly serviced and got me back on the road by the time they opened the next day.

She made it possible for me to canvass the vote that day and continue to enjoy my Chevy Malibu (Callsign: Midnight) with confidence that my service team is there to fix any hiccups.

Great customer service!!! They had me in and out. They always take care of my vehicle needs.

Scheduled a simple oil change a day before, the guy confirmed the appt. Get here and the appt is not in the system, waited over 4 hours! Unacceptable!! ????????????????
