This business used to be amazing. I bought my car here brand new, and had it serviced here for the 2years that we lived here. We moved, and came back 4 years later. I had my vehicle fully maintenanced here as soon as we moves back and thats when the garbage started:Report
Had the oil changed, filter replaced, spark plugs chaged, tires balanced and rotated, brakes checked, and all fluids filled. 3 days later, my check engine light comes on. I take it back and the mechanic tells me himself "oh, yeah, i can see that your fluids werent topped off. We drained the antifreeze and oil, but didnt fill it back up." I was furious! I demanded to speak to a manager, and the mechanic told me that there were no managers, they had all gotten fired the week prior, and thats why they rushed through my car, because they were so short staffed.
I got everything squared away, and thought that i was done dealing with this problem, but, i went to get my oil changed at a new location last week, and the mechanic told me that he cant do it because whoever drained my oil last time stripped the oil cap, and they were unable to get it off. I immediately called chevy to get the problem resolved and the manager told me that he wasnt going to do anything for me. He said that even though he saw that they did the car, because it was a year ago (my husband was deployed and i was driving his car), that i could bring it in, but that he wasnt taking the blame for the mistake, or going to rectify the situation. So disappointed in the standard of service here, it used to be outstanding.
