Bill ( head guy) does a great job making sure I'm taken care of when I come in for service. If issues come up he does his best to fit me in and get me in a loaner so I can rest while they work on things since I work overnights. The SERVICE area of this dealership I'd recommend highly.

I only take one star away cause I mean they don't vacuum my car out or anything while it's in there, not luxury service or anything lol!

Courteous service and pet-friendly! Just got my second vehicle from Capitaland and it was a great experience. Car was ready as scheduled and my sales rep reviewed all the features. Love my new Forester. The updated design looks great and the car is a little bigger. Has more safety features and even better functionality than prior models! 12.16.2020. Update on 12/17/21 just had my Subaru serviced at Capitaland. Wonderful visit. They made everything easy. Inspection, oil change and tire rotation done within an hour while I waited. They were sensible and in tune with Covid safety. Absolutely love this car. Had a recent incident in the Adk Mountains on a dirt road where i accidentally got caught in soft dirt/mud/ice on the edge of the road. The Forester's 4 wheel drive capabilities kept me out of the ditch.

I was having an issue with one tire (rear passenger) . Was told to just bring it in. Took the afternoon off from work to do so. I had already brought the car to a midas on my way home from work one day and was told the valve stem was loose. They suggested since the car just reached 13,000. Miles to bring it to Subaru. Paid 30 bucks and went on my way. So.. called Subaru hence told them what I was told , it took about 1.5 hours in the waiting room and was told they fixed the valve stem. Paid another 30.00. The usual , 3 days later my tire was low again. Brought the car back to Subaru. Now I was told there was a nail in the same tire. Paid again for the same tire to be fixed. If the techs had done a through job and fully checked out the tire the first time I brought it in. I don't think I would have had to spent another hour and some waiting and paying for my car. Is it that I have higher expectations than what was provided by the service department at a dealership? I guess I do. Therefore, I was very dissatisfied with the
service at this very basic level.

Bob Bonaparte was excellent! I ended up not purchasing a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances but I was working with Bob for about a month on a vehicle that was in transit. Bob was professional, prompt, friendly, and you can tell he cares about his customers. He made sure that the paperwork would be minimal by taking care of everything in advance. He is also very knowledgeable in the car buying process. Bob is the reason I would return to Capitaland Subaru and I'd recommend any of my family or friends to buy from Robert Bonaparte there. Thank you Bob for all of the help.

I LOVE my new Subaru Impreza. Purchasing it was a breeze and Marco made navigating all of the paperwork easy. Very satisfied with both the staff and the car!
