Capital City Garage Door

Made an appointment with them and made sure to stay home- called 30 minutes after appointment time to see where technician was and was told "meant to call you to tell you he's really backed up today and can't come." So thoughtless and unprofessional.

Fast service and great price from Capital City! Our aging garage door opener finally died and capital city checked it out and had it replaced within a few days. The price was great and the install was done perfectly. Thanks!

I wanted to post my before and photos here but I can't. Highly recommend this company!!!

Quick and friendly response by phone. The guys showed up on time and were very pleasant. They fixed my jammed garage door and I'm glad to say I feel it was good value for honest work, not trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Great working with my Dad who has early on-set Parkinson's. Very accommodating. We had them out to install parts that were previously purchased and it turned out that we were missing parts and then had the wrong parts. They came out three times, at no additional charge to accommodate the situation and get it taken care of. Affordable.

What a wonderful company to work with! I had a garage door emergency so I thought I called and spoke to Jessie she had a technician to my house within the hour he ported me a fair price I had him do the work he recommended some possible repairs that might be necessary in the future but he did not try to over sell anything that was not necessary. I'm very very satisfied with their services they are now my permanent garage door people.
