We have a tile roof that is 26 years old and it needed to have new underlay. We found Canyon State roofing on line and after doing some research we gave them a call . Jim came out and gave us an estimate that was within reason so we gave them the job. Jim and his employees were professional, on time and always cleaned up their mess each day. Jim would come out and check the job during the install. My husband, Curt and I are very please with the end results and have referred Canyon State Roofing to many of our neighbors and friends. We are very satisfied with the roof done by Canyon State Roofing. While it looks the same as the original, it is phenomenally better in terms of drainage and underlayment. Repairs done where the roof rotted due to poor drainage were well-repaired. The crew was very competent, professional, and considerate. We have much more confidence in this roof than the original, and it was done for a very fair price. Jim, the owner, explained everything to us and was available for questions and consultation. All in all, a very positive experience, and just in time for rain in Arizona.

Jim and his team did an amazing job replacing our roof underlayment earlier this year and adding bird stop. We were new to the area and greatly appreciated his honestly. His team was prompt and professional in getting the work done. We would definitely recommend his services to others in the future.

The only company I would use now. They showed up quickly and was reasonable after many companies just didnt show up.

The first thing that impressed me regarding Canyon Roofing was the professionalism Jim displayed when he came out to do his initial evaluation and subsequent quote. Compared to the other companies I had come out, Jim really took the time to explain to me exactly what was to be done. When I was speaking with him one thing was clear, I was speaking with a caring professional. The next thing that caught my attention was the quote I received from Canyon State, is was significantly less, for the same services, than that which I received from two other roofing companies. The final and most important thing that impressed me about Canyon State was the kindness and professionalism of his staff. This company Jim and Robyn
Are very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with other contractors.
They do not value other peoples time other than theirs.
We have done repairs to their own personal residence for irrigation work. They hired another company that left one man there for a week to install all new irrigation work which they assumed was PVC. They later found out that the work that was done by them was terrible and didnt work properly and was not installed PVC.
So their fix was to hire a licensed contractor my company to to a small garden area approximately 25 ft area.
They have called us back several times for repairs when they would dig and poke holes into their own current irrigation.
When we would come out on 3 different trips we pointed out that they keep hitting the old poly tubing line in the back yard that was never replaced by the previous company.
Robyn is so rude we refused work or to bid on a roofing job that their workers had driven onto a homeowners landscaping and broke concrete walkway and damaged the front lawn with deep ruts from the heavy trucks.
We decided not to do the work because Jim and Robyn only value their time and nobody else's . Jim requested i go and evaluate the property damage. I did so and met with his lead guy as well as the home owner. When i sent the bid to Jim then he wanted to meet up again and go over cutting out some of the bid to fix the home owners property. That is why i refused to do the work because they have done this at their personal property as well and if it was really important he should have meet up with myself and not have my time wasted.
So Robyn fix was to bad mouth my company on google and leave a false review.
Very unprofessional. They also run their company from their small house and we have been there when their workers show up to get their weekly pay. Robyn was very rude to her employees when we were there working on their irrigation. because we had witnessed her interaction with them regarding their pay checks.
Because of how they falsely put a bad review on my business google i definitely will not work with them in the future.

I partnered with Jim on a complete roof with double underlayment, roof repair/plywood replacement and addition of new bird stop a few years ago. The quality of work, timeliness and value was tremendous, but they stand behind their work throughout the life of the roof. We just had 3 tiles randomly fall from an end cap and Miguel came out to fix the situation and any other maintenance needed. I truly appreciate their continued customer service and would recommend them to anyone in the east valley for future roofing needs. Thanks again, Canyon State Roofing!
