Cannabox

This is incorrectly labeled as a smoke shop here on Google. Drove all the way here and it is an office building :( Please update this info! I ended up here in the first place because this location was marked as a location to buy Blazy Susan products on the Blazy Susan company website, so this information should be updated as well

This isn't a smoke shop or online subscription business. It's AC hotels, so if there is a smoke shop here they're hiding it very well! And Google says your a you have walk in shopping so go figure that one out.

fast, simple, and quick thank you could use better customer service but nice product I'd recommend

This has got to be the company with the worst customer service! My purchase is now 3 weeks late! On the website it claims 10% of customers will be affected by Covid related issues in shipment of product. I spent money on a product that I have signed up for multiple times and my product has been more than late multiple times (prior to and during Covid). I'm sure that the software that is sold to businesses will be removing this review, but i hope enough people see this to know what kind of company this is. The Cannabox website shows 11,000 subscribers which means that their purchasers know exactly how much product to order. Reaching out to "customer service" is a complete joke and waste of time. I was offered a refund on shipping or a cancellation of my product and recieve a later box. I wanted the box so i said shipping refund. The next email said they could only do 10%. $6.8M in revenue and this is what is offered? I guess true customer service is a thing of the past. This company is a disappointment. I've tried everything I could but cannabox buries reviews on google by using multiple links when searching. I'm disgusted and I hope this review reaches enough people to put a dent in Michael Berk's (OWNER & CEO) ego and poor customer service.
