I requested a ADA room, I was first put in a standard room, but they did make the change.
However, I had to go get my step stool to get in the bed,. The bed is not for those who are handicapped. It is too high to get into. The toilet wasn't ADA heighth either.

Room smelled like bleach. No drinking cups in room. Well, technically not true. Found them in the dishwasher the next morning. Check-in and check out was slow. One week later and I'm still waiting for security deposit to be refunded.

Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The bedroom door falling off the hinges. Shower curtain rod falling off the wall. Some light bulbs were out. No extra sheets or pillows in the room we had to go down and get them.

Positive: It¿s (1) mile away from Baptist - easily accessible , less than (5) minutes from Candlewood to the Hospital ¿¿ Negative: At night - the front door area is too dark!

Worse hotel in LR! Had needles underneath the mattress. While checking OUT, the inexperienced unprofessional and no idea of what customer service is all about. Had to call 911 to resolve the refund. The manager Latrice Neasley, GM advised that she would do more investigation in the morning. Receptionist did not know how to process refund. After receiving the receipt of the refund, gun shots rang out and a person is feared dead. Police locked down the complex, had to sleep in my car with my son til the morning at 3:45 am. Absolutely do not rent there! See photos.
