So far it is the nicest hotel I've stayed in out in this area and the other guests don't look suspicious and are polite but I have seen 2 roaches in my room. The first one I saw as soon as I opened the door when checking in and the front desk clerk gave me wasp spray bc she said she was scared of roaches…..so I just drug the chair that it was on outside in the hallway bc I'm not fond of roaches either. The second one ran up on me from by the bed while I was in the kitchen he almost ran me over then ran under the dishwasher. He was definitely a little thug of a bug! But I asked the front if they had pest services and she said no just wasp spray…so I'm going to go get some roach spray and traps ASAP . the room is nice imo and pretty roomy with a recliner compared to the woodspring extended stay I tried at first which looked like a depressing hospital room/ nursing home room…..and the cleaning lady has been good so far and I've been here a week. And I love that they have a little 24 hr convenient store inside

Felt like home away from home, had the water been working. Very clean. Great location. Most of the staff friendly and helpful.
Upon checking out I asked the young lady if I was being charged the same as guest who had the benefit of water. She stated she would have mgmt get in touch with me. I've not heard back yet. It's the 17 of December. And my visit was the 1st of the month.

Water pressure not very good. Door battery needed replacing for door to lock…..had to wait an hour for staff to resolve something that took all of 5 min to do. A stove burner went out and again it took too long for maintenance to address.

Clean and comfortable and set for a longer term stay than we had.

Had no water pressure in our room because power washing the pool other wise staff was was friendly and moved use to first floor preasure wasn't any better.

When I booked online, they offered smoking rooms. My husband was very upset when he found out they didn't have any after we arrived. To add insult to injury, they charged me $30.00 for my dog.

Very awesome staff. Thanks for everything. Happy Holidays and thank you for working on Thanksgiving

Traveled to visit family. Was able to use rewards points for my stay. Easy to work with.
