Noisy guests. Not the Hotels faultReport
When we arrived there was an off duty(she was working the next day) employee behind the counter out of uniform(HalterReport
Overall it was an average stay, nothing to rave about here. We arrived late for check in (after 9:00pm) and had to wait several minutes for the front host to arrive to check us in (despite already completing the digital check-in). When she finally arrived she was pleasant but could not find our reservation, eventually we received our keys.Report
The rooms are pretty spacious and well laid out. Definitely designed for the business traveler to work from the hotel room. Plenty of outlets and a nice chair and sprawling desk top. With a small kitchen, stove top, sink and refrigerator it is ideal for an extended stay.
The bed was not that comfortable but tolerable (we were only staying one night but several nights would not have have been ideal). The room was generally clean and no artificial odors or mold (chemicals or fragrances). We stayed in room 304 and the door did not close properly and literally needed to be slammed to close and force used to jar open.
The AC unit worked well but was louder than I prefer but consistent so it was tolerable "white" noise.Re: Overall it was an average ... The hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance to a park that also has a dog park. It's also mins from the beaches and shoppingReport
Staff was nice. Some residents were nice as well. They only clean the rooms once every 7 days which was shocking. Some of the dishes in the room were gross. The bed was comfy but I found litter under it. The bedside table was rusty and disgusting. No ice machines in the building. Hand soap for bathroom was not provided so I used the shower gel.Report
Good location for business district and medical appointments. Not a beachfront hotel.Report
Positive: The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the full size fridge and stove were a nice plus, the location was fairly good (a bit of a drive to find fast food options). Negative: Was 2nd in line to check out, no one at the desk. An employee was on the couch Facetiming on her phone. 3rd person got in line and asked the employee if she was working checkout. She laughed and said no, no offer to help/call someone. I just walked out.Report
Positive: Secluded and in a fairly quiet neighborhood Negative: The beds were old and very uncomfortable, springs sticking through the mattress, dog poop everywhere, guests throwing cig butts all over while congregating outside doorways, some staff lingering outside with guests smoking. 12 days of prepaid torture.Report
I had a nice, comfortable stay here at a good value. I stayed on the 4th floor in a spacious room. The layout was good with a decent kitchen and full size refrigerator. No oven, just a stove top and microwave. I enjoyed looking out at Coco the Alligator. Lots of families and a diverse lot. Great location close to a nice park with a dog park, shopping such as Whole Foods, Costco and Aldi's. About 5 miles from Fort Myers Beach. The staff was helpful and responsive, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was free but a bit slow. Pool was heated but felt chilly. Gas and charcoal grill, laundry and small gym.ReportRe: I had a nice, comfortable ...
