Candlewood Suites El Paso

Really nice clean rooms they had a turkey dinner for the guests on Thanksgiving

I like all the Candlewood Suites I have stayed.

Hotel lobby and amenities are top notch, rooms needed to be updated a bit, but other than that no issues. Close to Ft. Bliss, Close shopping, and eateries.

Clean and quiet.

The coffee is great and happy they provided a complimentary breakfast option where candle wood normally doesn't. We really appreciated that

We haven't been able to sleep. Cars drifting and racing in the abandoned parking lot next door. The front desk said they couldn't do anything about it. They wouldn't even help to call police. We were told it's not in their property. Bad reception in our room to call ourselves. Our cell phones kept dropping the calls we made. The racing is too loud in our rooms. Don't recommend this place.

We visit every year and it never disappoints. Staff is always accommodating and courteous. Rooms are spacious and clean and kitchenette is supplied with basic necessities.

The television rarely connected to my devices to stream. The staff couldn't help and asked me to reach out to corporate. I stayed in the hotel for 2 months and nobody ever reached out with follow up support. I had to ask on several occassions to have my room cleaned or cleaned again because something was still dirty after housekeeping finished.

Also, the way that the front desk chooses to bill is quite confusing and caused problems with my employer and reimbursement.

The gym is really nice. There's little to do near the hotel, so it's generally quiet. You need a car to visit El Paso comfortably.-especially if you stay at this hotel.

I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night.. didn't really enounter any issues in my room per se. But when I arrived, the guest check-in area was cluttered. Other than that, no big issues.
