Every stay is excellent! They know my voice and face and are always welcoming and accommodating. Very professional staff and reliable transportation. They are like family and my second home. Just saying that Gabby is behind the front desk and will take very good care of you and your family. The do their best to please if within reason. Denise is also as pleasant. They are all working hard during the epidemic were facing and weather delays& canceled flight. Holiday season and short staffed at times. It's just hard to find good help sometimes. Come by and say hello. Merry Christmas all and stay safe out there!

A great value for being close to the city without having to deal with city parking. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Personal muy amable, amplio estacionamiento y tienda de conveniencia pero... pobre limpieza, baños sin extractor y todo se pone muy húmedo hay moho en el baño y presencia de pequeñas cucarachas en toda la habitación.

Always a great staff. Been staying there around 10 year for children's hospital and Scottish rite hospital. Would like to have an extra desk chair. Great beds. Carpet could use some cleaning in certain places. All in all it's a great place with excellent customer service and great employees

Extremely clean and comfortable bed. Rooms were very quiet. Would definitely recommend. Hope to be back next visit.

AN ADDED REVIEW:
I made the mistake of leaving something behind on my last stay. I immediately called to inform the front desk and the level of professionalism assured me that they would do everything possible to assist in MY mistake. I later recieved a callback to inform me that the forgotten item had been turned in by the cleaning staff, and was in safe hands. They offered to ship or I could simply return for the item. I made arrangements for family I knew that lived a few miles away to pick the item up. It comforting to know that yes, there still are honest people in the world. And several work here. Thank you all so much for all of the help!

Great staff. Very nice hotel. Very nice two room suite, and staff was very welcoming of our dogs.
