We had a wooden shake roof that needed to be replaced. After studying various roofing materials like asphalt, Davinci Rubber and stone coated metal, we went with the last choice. Stone coated metal offers a good look, proven reliability, longevity and fire proof. There are not alot of stone coated metal roof installers here in the south bay, and we compared most of them. Cal-Pac offered a good deal plus their history/experience was enough for us to choose them. Tom, the owner, was friendly, honest and informative. His crew of 3 did a great job. It took about 6 days and they did a good clean up job also. His employees were friendly and respectful.
The final look is outstanding, almost like a new home.
