My Callbox experience was pleasant initially but it turned sour during our last campaign. I'm not sure what happened but their performance and responsiveness dropped drastically and rapidly. Every time we would follow up with them, there were apologies and improved performance for a week or two but they would then become unresponsive once again. It has been over 18 months and our campaign still has not been delivered as promised and contracted. I have written many e-mails and called but no one responds any more.
We are considering taking legal action and going to the better business bureau.

All the 5 star reviews are from EMPLOYEES. All the 1 star reviews are from customers. The problem with this company is they wont bill you as they perform. It has to be up front. I dont go to the grocery store and give the owner of the store $100 for the CHANCE that he will give me groceries next month. The exchange of value is dependent on each other. If the system works, then they should have a pay-per-performance base, not up front.
I've been with the company since 2009 and I'll always be grateful to the training and mentorship I've received from the company and my bosses. Work is always challenging but the employees are always driven. The compensation is good but the ROI our clients get out of the service is really what drives the employees to perform better.

It's actually my first job and needless to say, it gives me the opportunity to hone and show my working skills, thanks to all the people especially to all the leaders who are always positive in achieving one's goal.
