Just got off the phone about doing botox in my masseter muscle and Laura said it's REQUIRED to do 40 units on each side. I told her that I have done 15 on each side and it worked great. She said that 40units is required no matter what. How can you standardize treatment plans? AWFUL, glad I called before going

No I am sorry it was not a FAKE review. My daughter was with me when I called your business to cancel because I had a fever and I am sorry sir you were not there. The lady who answered the phone did ask what my temperature was. You do not know what your staff is doing!!! Anyway, I did find a BETTER med spa who is kind and compassionate to their customers and offer better values!!!! After reading all your negative comments to your bad reviews I can't wait to see how you turn this TRUTH of a review into something that you make up because you may own the business but you do not know what your staff is up too. You are a sad little man and I do not need your prayers sir. Perhaps I should pray for you and that you become aware of the ongoings of your own business. As I said in my first review I took a nap because of my booster and woke up with a fever so I cannot help that and I did not miss my appt the day before I rescheduled it. People, I wish I read all the bad reviews of this company because I woulkd have never come to this place.

You are one hateful person. Your daughter isn't a client...you are! You called at 12p to cancel your 1p appointment. This was after you missed your appointment the day before. You said that you had a fever but no mention of being vaccinated the day before. I was listening to the entire telephone conversation and NO ONE ever asked your temperature. If you were sick, why didn't you call at 9am so that we could attempt to fill your appointment time. However, you missed your appointment 2 days in a row and as a business owner you want me to absorb that expense. We did not become the busiest medical aesthetic center in Texas (200 clients per week) with bad customer service. We offer great services at the best prices in the Country.

Calista's staff is not only unprofessional but so rude to their clients. I was with my mom who had an appointment to this horrible med spa she found on Groupon and they treated her like absolute garbage. My mom was super sick the day of her appointment and she called and let them know she had a fever and she questioned whether or not she should come in. When alerting the staff that day she was sick with a fever they actually had the audacity to ask what her temperature was exactly. I believe that no-show policies and late cancellation fees should be implemented in most establishments. The fact that my mom had the decency to let them know she was sick (after looking forward to her appointment) she was scolded and punished by this studio. I believe that in this day and age when someone says they are sick that it should be taken seriously and not something that should be punished for. I would never step foot into this joke of a med spa. They put their clients last and it's really sad honestly. Im laughing reading the owner's comments toward every negative review…. only excuses for this sorry business.

This is a FAKE review. No one has ever asked a person's temperature. Katherine you already left one negative review. You're a sad selfish person that only thinks about herself. Good luck finding another aesthetic center that offers the value that we do. I'll say a prayer for you.

Waited in the lobby for 22 minutes before I was called back. Once I was in the back the lady with the duck lips acted as if she wasn't interested in doing my treatments. She stated that she didn't have time today and that I would need to come back another time, mind you this was after they wasted my time with having me sit in the lobby from 2:30pm to 2:52pm. I had made it clear to the person who made my appointment that I was in town temporarily and wanted to use my Groupon package to have tattoo removal on three of my tattoos. Infact, I had even called today around 1230pm to see if they could get me in sooner and the person who answered said that because I was getting three treatments I couldn't come in sooner and needed to stick with my original appointment, so clearly they were aware that I intended on having three services done today. Duck lips then proceeded to leave the room and go speak to someone else, then returned and said they could for do my treatments for $300 but not today. Its very poor service that my appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm, I was brought back at 2:52 and then they don't have anytime for me. Duck lips told me that I was only scheduled for ten minutes despite what I made clear to the scheduler prior. She said they couldn't honor my Groupon and that if I wanted what I had gone in there for that I would need to pay $300 and come back another day. I was not impressed at all with this clinic, the staff or how my time was disrespected. Clearly my time wasn't important to the staff today. Luckily for me I was able to make an appointment at Laser Away in Fort Worth and get all three of my tattoos done with them after I left Calista.

Your tattoos were much larger than the Groupon Deals that we offer. Two 8 square inch Groupon Deals don't equal 64 square inches. Your behavior and comments made my entire staff uncomfortable. Your immature "duck lips" comment just demonstrates why we did not want you as a client. Try acting like an adult! Remember, there are two sides to every story. Good riddance!

I got 40 units of Botox administered by Laura, and I have to say in 20 years it's been the best results I've ever had. I recommend not only Laura but the spa for all your needs in beauty

I bought a Groupon for Botox and Micro-needling. The staff is refreshing and friendly. For both of my services the estheticians were knowledgable and made me feel comfortable. They informed me of what to expect throughout my entire service. I have recommended Calista Skin and Laser to my girlfriends in that live in the area. Will be back.

I went in for my first Morpheus8 treatment for acne and acne scaring. Everyone was extremely kind and professional from the moment I walked in until I left. Carly did my treatment and she was amazing. She talked me through the process and we took breaks as needed when she was working on sensitive areas of the face. If you are in the Dallas Forth Worth area I highly recommend checking out Calista Skin Care and Laser Center!
