If there was an option for zero stars, this dealership would absolutely earn that. Made an appointment to test drive a car about 4 days in advance because I would be traveling two hours to come look at it. Throughout the week I was harassed to put down a deposit although I did not wish to do so because I had not driven the car yet and I did not want to lose money had I chosen not to purchase.Friday night comes around and I realize the vehicle has vanished from the website. I thought it to be weird because I told Daryl to contact me if the car sold before I could get there since I once again would be traveling two hours. I called the dealership before I left my house Saturday morning to ensure the car was there. I was then lied to by Clarissa who said the car was available and it was not on the website because they had “new picture guys”. I was willing to trust this information because I had not been given a reason not to at this point.My dad and I made the two hour trip and we arrived. The car I was looking at was nowhere in sight. Once again I explicitly told Daryl to let me know if the car sold because I did not want to waste my time coming up there. We get inside only to find out someone “put a deposit down 30 minutes before we got there”. Had I been given this information I would have turned around. It was clear to me that they just wanted to get me in the door to try to sell me something else- none of which fit my needs or budget.Daryl asked Victor to try to assist us in finding something else, where I repeatedly told him I do not want any of the other options, I wanted the car I made an appointment for and showed interest in all week. I test drove another car they had, which I did not like.When we returned to the dealership I continued pressing for the car I initially wanted only for it to finally be uncovered that the car sold and was off the lot the night before. Total waste of my time and gas coming there since they knew the car I wanted had sold the night before. I took my business elsewhere and got a much better deal without being lied to, which I would recommend anybody reading this to do the same.All of this is not to mention Daryl disappearing multiple times to assist someone else. Finally I got up and left where I was stopped at my car and begged to let them find me a deal since it was “the last day of the month”TLDR- if you want your time wasted, I would totally recommend Victory Toyota Marietta. If not, I would recommend running as fast as you can away from this place. Nothing but lies and sketchiness all around.

The SHADIEST car buying experience i have ever experienced. So bad in fact, that I didn't purchase the vehicle.Tier one credit and they quoted me 9% APR.I told them that wasn't correct, and they called me back and quoted me 6% APR ( I don't object to a dealership making money, so I was okay with that. Still....9%??? Trying to hit a home run right out of the gate.Platinum warranty ( I wanted it. 125,000 miles Toyota warranty. Best you can get.: $3500.00 !!!!I did a little homework online, and placed a callTo a Toyota Dealership in Hutchison Kansas.Google Search "Jerry Johnson Toyota warranty".The VERY SAME WARRANTY? $949.00!!!Lastly, when I arrived to get my "New truck" after driving 2 hours to get it, I was told that the truck wouldn't be available for 1 WEEK because it needed a new hybrid battery. HOW ABOUT A PHONE CALL FROM YOU BEFORE I WASTE AN ENTIRE DAY???You can't make this stuff up, folks.Shady as hell.Lastly, I purchased a BRAND NEW 2026 Tacoma Off Road from A Toyota dealership in Cleveland, at 3.99% APR.Avoid theses Charlatans at all cost.Not the salesman's fault.MANAGEMENT SUCKS.
