My Dr.Keep saying she can't place an correct order .She states through your system it ONLY ALLOWS a particular product for me to have..Your COMPANY NEEDS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON IF THIS IS TRUE.ANDVWHY

They are unable to get an order right! No matter how much I try to get my reorder accurate they don’t get it right! 90 days supply is the same thing every time I must sit on the phone and get a second order to meet my needs

The 1st order went great. This 2nd one I am having problems. Just wished they could resolve the problem soon.

This recent order 12/14/2024 was promised delivery on 12/24/2924. I have not receivedvand tracking says 12/30. I am now out of supplies so very upset. Fed x has went down hill so I think I will make some changes on my ordering.

I do not see why we can not do auto ship ,instead of me having to call in every single month. I do not do online, I want a real human.

Ive had nothing but problems from Byrum they got better short time now I out of supplies they late again and finally come today the day b4 tgiving 2 boxes of bags nothn else said be after tgiving they ran out of product in warehouse was excuse wasnt notified at all this is by far the worse company ever

I have been waiting for my pump supplies, CGM and the 780G Medtronic pump. I just got notified that my order will arrive 10.12.23. I pulled up the order that was shipped 10.10.23 and my insulin pump 780G and the Guardian 4 sensors weren't included in it? I received no information as to why. I am out of Guardian 3 sensors and my 770g pump broke, which is why I need my 780G ASAP!! I understand the difficulties involved but why wasn't I notified that there were issues with the pump and guardian sensors??
