Never received said meter! Was informed that the meter was shipped, but for some reason it was held up at the shipping company. When I contacted Byram, I got the full run around. Said that I had to contact my insurance company, I did that and was told to contact Byram! Did that, again. Got the same run around. I was looking forward to receiving the meter, not anymore if I have to deal with Byram! May try again after the first of the year. But right now I wouldn’t give them the time of day!

I can't order until you get my account corrected.

Everytime I try to call Byram I get hung up on!! And I still haven’t gotten my order!! Negative rating here!! If you don’t want a headache pick a different company!

Hi. I’m relatively new to your service. With my recent original order I inadvertently ordered the wrong type of adult diapers. First of all they got here VERY quickly (less than 24 hours). I contacted your customer service department to find out how to return the incorrect items. A very nice young man helped me sort it out. He told me I didn’t need to return the incorrect items and he very kindly and efficiently placed a replacement order with the correct products. The original order was for bariatric briefs but I wanted pull-ups. He took care of the re-order in under 5 minutes and was very patient and kind with a VERY old lady who doesn’t speak computer! I’ve only had two opportunities to use your company’s services and both times I’ve been VERY impressed with everything about your company. From the initial contact for the order(s) to the delivery of the products, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and with kindness. It’s hard enough getting older and having basic bodily functions fail but your customer service representative took care of me like he would have cared for his grandmother - maybe even his great grandmother. Thanks again for your exceptional customer service and for having the foresight to hire quality employees. Having to work this close to Christmas and keep a smile in your voice takes a special kind of person.

Worse services I’ve ever experienced, sends wrong order and then over charges so the insurance company won’t pay the whole bill and I end up with a bill I can’t afford!

I haven't got this month's supply that was acknowledged by you the first week of December.

Absolutely horrendous experience.please all, listen to me run the other way from this company. Have had 5 consecutive months of disappointment, nothing shows, then half an Order or things I never ordered. Very incompetent personal as well!!!! I would give them a zero but the above prompt wouldn’t allow it…. Stay away

I just received a new order not long ago and I have told you this numerous times. Why do you keep sending me these notices to place an order
