Had a horrible experience ordering Dexcom sensors for my insulin pump. Bryam didn’t send notification to my doctor requesting a new prescription and my prescription was current and they refused to send out my order. When I called to speak to a representative he hung up on me and was very rude. I need my sensors to shut off my insulin pump with low blood sugars as it’s a life saving device for me. I would never recommend or use Bryam in the future. It’s sad that staff have zero compassion for individuals health.

Bounced around through menu options. None of the options where relevant. Simple order of Dexcom 7 never given in options. Wasted my time .

I am so done! I have called many times and each time they tell me to disregard my bill. My bill is because they made a mistake and switched the insurances and billed the wrong one first. Each time I have called they ask me to give them my insurance information and then they ask me for payment. I have 2 insurances and I don't ever get a bill after I pay my deductible. Do better because I am ready to find someone else for my supplies!

Who the heck are these people and why are they sending packages to me? Is this some sort of fraud?
