Chell was awesome! She was friendly, patient, and continued to work on my case after our phone call to see if she could give me better results. While I understood the original situation; I was incredibly thankful that she was able to simplify what I needed to do on my end to receive the products I need faster than expected.

Seems like recently every order has partial backorders. We can't order until we have only 10 days supply and that usually lets us run out of supplies causing us to have to order extras from sources like amazon which isn't recognized by our insurance. If you don't have them in stock let us know!
