Subaru airport service has been very good to outstanding for each of the two Subarus I have had. They are extremely courteous and organized. Thomas explained to me what services and inspections they performed, and what I would need done in the future and when. Their waiting room is clean with comfortable chairs, water, coffee and snacks -- all free. Plus you can get a free carwash anytime you stop by.

They horrifically messed up the brakes on my husband’s car during a routine service. I will never trust them with any of my cars again. The customer service I received afterward made it clear that every customer is just another number to them.

We have our Legacy service and warranty work done here. This post is to recognize, Matt, in service. Our most recent visit was outstanding. Communication and completed work were great. When our Subaru was new, another service appointment was not completed correctly, however, the service department manager, Ken, made everything right. I'm happy we continued to use this service department. I would recommend Matt and the other service advisors. We will continue to use this dealership.

They keep your money for themselves when you cant pick up an order. And wont give it back even if you dont have your item.

Great service. I never feel pressured to have more work done than I came in for. Very courteous and helpful.

Byers Subaru service department is amazing! They fixed the power steering gearbox on my 16 STI. Matt was amazing. He went above and beyond in taking care of me. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Truly 5 star service
